GETTING HELP

  1. Call the Jastron Tech Support Department (626) 813-1500 :
Be certain to have the following information about the monitor available before calling, including the purchase receipt, model number, serial number and a comprehensive description of the problem being experienced.
  2. Diagnose the problem.
The customer service representative will attempt to help you find a solution to your problem. In many instances, adjustment of the monitor or video card is all that is required.
  3. Fill out and return the authorization form.
When the completed authorization form is received by Jastron, a RMA number will be issued, which needs to be clearly posted on the monitor packaging. If the monitor is out of the warranty period, you will be faxed a form detailing return charges and any service charges. Credit card, corporate purchase order, or other payment terms will be necessary to obtain.
  4. Return defective unit to Jastron.
Package up and return the defective monitor to Jastron in it's original packaging.
*** It is extremely important to pack the monitor in a box designed for the monitor to be shipped. Shipping companies will not insure fragile cargo that is not properly packed, and Jastron/Likom will not be responsible for any damages to the monitor caused during shipping.
